Our favorite MySpace girl turned MTV reality star is totally delusional. Tila Tequila tells it was because of her and her MTV show A Shot at Love that California legalized gay marriage.

It is because of me — I definitely think [my show] has helped the movement. Before it came out, everyone was still a little apprehensive about [same sex fxcm relationships]. Then they realized, ‘Wow, everyone is really into this stuff, and it is fine.’ The next thing you know, [gay marriage] is legal.

So if your gay and living in California and getting hitch don’t forget to thank Tila for making it all possible. Feel free to thank her any way you like, be it a beat down or a bag of poop on fire, it’s the thought that counts.
