Big boned woman sues Victoria’s Secret

52-year-old Marcrida Patterson is for defective product. That’s right she’s claiming the thong was defective, which injured her eye when she went to put it on.

A California woman is suing Victoria’s Secret, claiming she was injured while trying on a thong.

52-year-old Marcrida Patterson — who appeared on Thursday’s Today show with her lawyer — says she slipped on a “low-rise OANDA好吗 v-string” (part of the company’s “Sexy Little Thing” line) when a decorative metal piece flew off and struck her in the eye.

This is ridiculous, a woman her size should not be wearing any kind of thong let along a thong that is held together by a piece of decorative metal.
