Tori Spelling gave birth

Beverly Hills 90210 alum Tori Spelling gave birth to a 6 lbs., 8 oz. baby girl at Cedars Sinai hospital yesterday. This will be Tori and husband Dean McDermott second child together. The couple named their new baby girl Stella Doreen McDermott.

Now that Tori has popped she is now ready to reprise her role as Donna Martin on the new 90210 show.
